CENTER POINT TEXAS
COMMUNITY RESOURCES
Center Point gets its name from being in-between Comfort and Kerrville. Previously named Zanzenburg, Center Point was the established middle man for trade between Kerrville and Comfort as well as Bandera and Fredericksburg. Today Center Point is known for being one of the larger unincorporated communities in Texas. This small community is surrounded by amazing vineyards and antique shops, making it a destination for tourist as well as the locals. Another excellent place in the Hill Country if you are looking to have a home built away from the city life. For more information about Center Point see our links below. If you are interested in having a home built in Center Point or the surrounding Texas Hill Country, contact owner and home builder Tommy Lipe.
