Tommy Lipe is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and second generation owner and home builder of BCI Custom Homes. Started in 1948 as Buchanan Construction Inc., Tommy has steadily grown this family owned & operated business over the last 30 years with integrity and devotion to each client’s unique visions and budget.

Tommy and his wife Ginny, have resided in Boerne, Kerrville, and the Hill Country since 1987 where they raised their four children–Kendel, Christian, Addison and Olivia. They are now looking forward to helping raise the next generation of Hill Country babies in their grandchildren- Lily and Josiah.
