A graduate of Texas A&M University with over two decades of building experience, Tom Lipe, owner of BCI Custom Homes, has grown this family-owned business, started in 1948, with his strong belief in integrity and devotion to each customer’s unique visions.

Tom’s strong Christian values and moral character result in a genuine interest in each customer and their unique family dream. BCI Custom Homes is dedicated not only to exceptional quality, energy efficiency and customer service, but also building homes of lasting value and integrity at a competitive price.

Tommy and his wife, Ginny, have resided in the Hill Country since 1987 along with their four children– Kendel, Christian, Addison and Olivia.
